The Alberta Children's Hospital (ACH) is a warm & vibrant workplace, with children & their families serving inpatient units & ambulatory clinics. The Physiotherapist III - Research Clinician will support both clinical and research initiatives within the Vi Riddell Pain and Rehabilitation Center and the ACH Physiotherapy Department. This position will contribute to a clinically driven program of research relating to mobility and motor disorders and treatment in children and youth, especially those with neurological conditions. Working together with the Rehabilitation Physiatry team and Researchers, the PTIII will be responsible for contributing to an internationally leading research program and include initiatives such as the Innovative Walking Program and Resistance Intensive Training Program (RIPT), as well as quality improvement projects such as outcome measures and evidence-based practice benchmarking.
