Job Overview

Lead the strategy of Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) FAL and MRO in Seville, setting goals and coordinating improvement actions to meet them.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean steering committees for all improvement activities (Lean, TIPs, PPS, HK and main projects, KPI definition at all levels).
• Organize LTA day and activities to enhance LTA brand.
• Implement and train OES digital tools such as Digital SQCDP, One Single Flow, Control Room, Process Confirming at all levels.
• Plan Health & Safety activities at workshop level, coordinating process confirming, communication plan and routine procedures.
• Work across silos and cultures, requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity.
