SCOPE: The position supports CMHA Asset Management housing program by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant management and submission of HUD Form 50058 data for the program.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Asset Management, this position serves as the Agency's subject matter expert for HUD Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) reporting and provides technical guidance, quality assurance, training, and problem resolution to promote regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
