The Picking Platform Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality for platform picking. As a Picking Platform Process Engineer you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. The Process Engineer will be part of the line triad and support the continuous improvement cycle for the line, including owning daily direction setting and run to target as part of the execution.Job Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
