Position Overview

            Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all pile driving operations on-site 
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards 
Inspect and maintain pile driving equipment 
Monitor the quality of materials used in pile installation 
Provide training and guidance to crew members 
Conduct site assessments to determine proper pile driving techniques 
Communicate effectively with project managers and engineers 
Review project plans and specifications for accuracy 
Manage project schedules and timelines 
Document daily operations and report on project progress 
Implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings 
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as needed 
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
