**Description:** You will be the Pilot Trainer Developer (Level 4) for the Training Development Team which is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving advanced aerospace training solutions.

As the Pilot Trainer Developer (Level 4) you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of aircrew proficiency through innovative, technology‑driven instruction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and instruct highly creative training courses for existing and developmental systems.
Provide all training to customer personnel at various locations.
Support pilot, combat systems officer, and electronic warfare officer aircrew by briefing and training test and production crews, as well as systems engineers, on aircraft and ground‑system capabilities.
Collaborate with test aircrew, engineers, and simulation technicians to design, implement, evaluate, and document training and technical publications.
