Responsibilities

• Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory environments.


• Set up IdP/SP integrations, policies, authentication flows, and access controls.


• Manage application onboarding and SSO integrations across enterprise platforms.


• Handle access token configuration, authorization policies, and certificate renewals.


• Monitor IAM KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and system health.


• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and application access issues.


• Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, and operational activities.


• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation using PagerDuty.
