Summary/Objective
The Pipe/Utility Foreman is a field position that is responsible to organize and lead a crew to safely and efficiently perform construction activities related to the construction of underground piping systems. This position reports to the Project Superintendent. Candidates must be experienced in the planning and execution of underground RCP, CMP, and HDPE storm pipe systems installation in accordance with VDOT specifications.
