**Plumber/Pipefitter - Prevailing Wage**

Northern York High School - Project Location

Hourly Rate: $45/hour

Fringe Rate: $30/hour

**Total Rate: $75/hour**

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Opportunity for Overtime.

**Details**

+ Retro fit/Renovation project upgrading the plumbing and piping systems throughout the school.
+ Monday - Friday with OT.
+ Solder, braze, pro press - copper, black, cast iron pipe.
+ Install and complete overhead rough in of water systems.
+ Boiler work - servicing, changeout, and installing.

**Requirements:**

+ 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing/Pipefitting experience. NO RESIDENTIAL PLUMBERS
+ Tools, PPE, Car
