+ Perform stormwater conveyance system maintenance on all county canals, lakes, ponds, and ditches
+ Restore road right-of-ways and properties relating to stormwater maintenance and repairs
+ Install and repair pipeline infrastructure and plumbing to ensure proper grade of the conveyance system
+ Respond to emergency situations as required
+ Lead staff in operations to ensure safety
