Piping Estimator - Food Production Process Pipework

Location: Birmingham, B31.

We are looking for an experienced Piping Estimator to prepare accurate quotations for hygienic process pipework projects within food production environments. This role will suit an estimator with strong technical knowledge of stainless steel pipework, food-grade services, fabrication and installation costs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for hygienic process pipework installations, upgrades and modifications.
Review tender packs, P&IDs, pipework layouts, isometrics, specifications and site survey information.
Carry out material take-offs for 316L stainless steel hygienic tube, fittings, valves, supports, pumps, clamps, gaskets and fabricated spools.
Estimate labour for fabrication, orbital/TIG welding, installation, testing, commissioning, access, supervision and shutdown works.
