Role Overview

Responsible for managing the full piping scope (fabrication and installation), ensuring safe, on-time, and compliant execution in large-scale industrial projects such as ammonia, methanol, and petrochemical plants.

This is a highly operational, site-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

Scope Management

• Manage all piping activities: spool definition, fabrication (on/off-site), and installation
• Define critical lines, system sequences, and work fronts

Planning & Control

• Weekly planning and 4-week lookahead
• Ensure material and resource availability
• Monitor productivity (fabrication and erection)
• Track progress, costs, and schedule

Team & Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate piping supervisors
• Manage subcontractors in terms of performance, quality, safety, and contractual compliance
