Job Purpose The Piping Site Supervisor / Engineer is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of piping systems for new-build vessels. The role ensures that all piping works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise the installation of vessel piping systems, including cooling water, fuel oil, lubricating oil, compressed air, sounding, fire-fighting, bilge, hydraulic, exhaust, and other marine piping systems.
- Review and interpret piping schematics, P&IDs, isometric drawings, general arrangement drawings, and installation documentation to ensure accurate execution of works.
