The day to day:
Prepare authentic, handmade artisan pizzas while upholding O&B’s exceptional quality standards.Contribute to the development of innovative and creative pizza menu offerings for our guests.Support the Sous Chef, Chef, and/or General Manager with daily Food Hall operations.Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.Apply the FIFO method to maintain freshness and reduce waste.Assist with food inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of deliveries.Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.Perform other duties as assign...
