Engage teams to inventory certs, renewal risks, and automation opportunities; build and prioritize backlogs.<br /> Design and implement end-to-end CLM workflows in DigiCert TLM (issuance, renewal, rotation, revocation).<br /> Configure integrations (but not limited):<br /> F5 BIG-IP/NGINX: automated CSR, issuance, deployment/binding.<br /> Azure (Key Vault, App Service, Application Gateway, AKS, Front Door): auto-import/rotation and binding updates.<br /> Microsoft AD CS/Private CA: template mapping, enrollment automation, policy enforcement.<br /> ServiceNow: request/approval, ticketing, and CMDB updates.<br /> Implement monitoring, alerts, and dashboards for expiry, failures, and SLAs; create safe rollout/rollback patterns.<br /> Enforce PKI standards; support audits and CMDB accuracy.<br /> Provide documentation, training, and self-service patterns (APIs, pipelines, runbooks).<br />
