This Attorney position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value personal injury matters (these are nuanced & complex cases) from inception through trial. NOT A MILL! These are all highly sophisticated, nuanced, complex cases. High value!


Attorney Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, and other litigation-related documents.

• Propound and respond to written discovery.

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation.

• Prepare matters for mediation, settlement conferences, and trial.

• Collaborate with senior litigation team members on high-exposure plaintiff matters.
