Position Overview

Job Description

Handle plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial

Manage the full case lifecycle, including case evaluation, client development, investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation

Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and build cases for resolution or verdict

Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy in complex and catastrophic injury matters

Negotiate with insurers and defense counsel while preparing every case as though it may be tried

Appear in court confidently and advocate for clients in hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings

Work closely with clients through difficult and often life-changing circumstances

Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team in a fast-paced plaintiff trial environment

Contribute to business development and relationship-building efforts where appropriate
