Review of necessary government forms required for a plan terminationCoordinate Compliance testing, analysis and corrective actionsReview of annual valuation and Form 5500 filingCoordinate projected and year end non-discrimination testingCoordinate calculation and allocation of annual employer contributionsIdentify and resolve plan discrepanciesCensus review, eligibility calculations, trust accounting and asset reconciliationEnsure compliance with DOL and IRS requirementsProcess final distribution of assets to participants.Work with clients, plan sponsors, participants and others during the plan termination process regarding distribution of plan assetsEffectively communicates with clients, brokers, and staff in answering questions and problem solving.Monitors and follows up on pending plan termination requests.Track p...
