POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Planisware Development and Administration Work on developing enhancements and requirements from multiple OU/Business/Function stakeholders within Planisware via project templates, Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) etc., including IT, CVG Operations PMOs, and Business Services Be part of the analysis of impact for the enhancements and new requirements to the Planisware application for users and project managers around the globe. Monitor Planisware Assignment group queue in Service Now and troubleshoot any issues, including through investigation of SharePoint log files. Assist project managers with all and any issues and questions regarding Planisware modules.
