We are looking for a Planner to undertake effective planning work, coordination of teams, administrative duties and financial and statistical functions in support of all Operations teams providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes, compliance and grounds services.

What you'll be doing

* Co-ordinate resources across all trades teams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve business objectives.

* Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials, logistics, equipment and waste clearance to maximise the efficient use of resources, improve productivity and provide an excellent service to customers.

* Act as an ambassador to live Delta Housing’s values, taking appropriate action to ensure that customers are well informed and feel safe...
