Role Purpose

Planner

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects while optimizing resource allocation and identifying potential risks.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Develop detailed construction schedules using industry‑standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors to establish realistic timelines
• Maintain and update project schedules throughout construction lifecycle
• Collaborate with design teams, procurement and field operations to ensure schedule alignment
• Track project progress against baseline schedules
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
