Position Overview

            Responsibilities Plan and monitor material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand. 
Review forecasts and generate purchase requisitions (PRs) to ensure sufficient material supply. 
Track supplier deliveries and expedite orders to prevent production shortages. 
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid excess or obsolete inventory. 
Analyze material shortages and develop recovery plans with suppliers and internal teams. 
Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow. 
Update and maintain material planning data, including lead times, safety stock, and planning parameters in the ERP system. 
Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring material readiness. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and supply chain performance.
