Description
To ensure the information generated by the Design group is complete and accurate for the Purchasing department and/or shop floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Process information provided by the Design group by verifying accuracy for the Purchasing department and the shop floor.
•Distribute all prints and work orders to the shop floor.
•Distribute all prints and work orders to the production facility (I JOBS and large MTO’s).
•Generate production schedules and provide estimated delivery dates.
•Maintain and update operations, resource groups, calendars, and routings for manufacturing/production in Eipcor.
•Responsible for providing Purchasing with information to acquire special material that arrives in time to satisfy shipping dates.
•Work with the Service department and Design to expedite all service jobs through the shop floor that require manufacturing operations.
