Job Title - Planning Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support our construction and real-estate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing monitoring and controlling project schedules coordinating with multi-discipline teams and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time within budget and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project programme schedules (Gantt charts network logic critical path) for construction projects across residential commercial or institutional segments.

Coordinate with project managers design teams procurement construction and QA/QC functions to ensure schedule alignment and resource availability.

Monitor progress against baseline schedule: track actuals update schedule status highlight delays perform time impact analysis propose corrective actions.
