What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support cost forecasting, budget control, and cost reporting during pre‑contracts and early works phases

Develop and maintain construction programmes, reviewing and optimising for risk mitigation

Provide controls input into ECI and early engagement projects, including option analysis and delivery scenarios

Work closely with estimating, commercial, and construction teams to ensure alignment across cost and programme

Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and scenario testing

Maintain high standards of project controls governance, accuracy, and transparency
