Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of new third‑party logistics partners (3PL)
• Design and improve planning processes (As‑Is / To‑Be)
• Support integration of planning processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate and execute system testing phases (SIT, UAT)
• Provide day‑to‑day support to planning teams on system‑related issues
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with IT and external partners on system enhancements
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of planning master data
