Position Overview

  1. Build strong client + internal relationships. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  2. Can craft and execute a clear research methodology, lead qualitative studies, and distill essential learnings.
  3. Has the ability to unearth unique opportunities within the complexity of the client business.
  4. Be able to write engaging and inspiring presentations, comms narratives, and creative briefs.
  5. Known for the ability to present well-written strategic arguments as well as respectfully challenge a client's assumptions.
  6. Can predict future challenges, and articulate an exciting creative vision or how the brand should show up.
  7. Identifies areas that are important to team+ clients. Helps creatives get unstuck. Give direction when in doubt.
  8. Owns projects from start to finish, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with teams to deliver the best outcome
