The primary purpose of this position is to conduct comprehensive resource, manpower, education and training, competency management, and guidance in the operations of the Scientist and Engineer Career Management Program. Responsibilities Command expert for AFMC Scientist and Engineer (S&E) resource, manpower, education and training, competency management, and career management guidance requirements. Serves as advocate for the education and training, competencies needs of the engineering and technical management community for all levels S&E personnel. Coordinates engineering resource matters with organizations such as AFMC Centers, other services and agencies, DoD, industry, and academia.
