Job Description - To work in a team environment to assemble components, evaluates axles/or transmissions to meet customers' quality standards and delivery schedules
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specific procedures on equipment to ensure safety in cell/line/dept./plant Act to meet Cell, Department and Plant goals Participate to define 5S/TPM activities Perform 5S/TPM Audits -if applicable Perform changeover and set up reductions-if applicable Perform error proofing, generate ideas and aid development-if applicable Identify methods to enhance and share team knowledge Participate in team meetings Promote a teamwork environment Support team (active and constructive role) Understand dept. responsibilities and roles Works from standardized work instructions and control plans May rotate stations and lines Understand and support Lock out/Tag out principles
