**II/ AIM OF THE POSITION**
Lead at local level, resolve daily issue, and improve the purchasing performance for the plant.
The role of the Plant Buyer is to manage the supplier’s performance (financial, Quality and Delivery) at the plant level and to support the plant Quality and Logistic function while facing operational issues with the suppliers
**Immediate superior: GENERAL MANAGER HERMOSILLO**
**Functional manager: REGIONAL BUYER AMERICAS**
**ROLE**:
- Performing administrative tasks related to raw material suppliers.
- Participating in the development of new suppliers for México plants.
- Resolve daily issues, respect contractual commitment, take the lead on local projects.
- Leading at local level claims process to the suppliers.
- Monitoring quality and delivery KPIs of the suppliers alongside with Quality and Procurement departments.
