Plant Controller (Onsite – Smithville, TN)

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation in the greater Smithville area seeking a Plant Controller to support a critical phase of operational and financial optimization. This is a high-impact, onsite contract role.

This position will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights, strengthening cost controls, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting in a dynamic production environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead all plant-level accounting and finance activities, including month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting

+ Partner with operations leadership to analyze production performance, cost drivers, and margin improvement opportunities
