Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing all plant-level financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and alignment with corporate financial objectives. This role partners closely with the Plant Ops Leadership to support operational decision-making, drive financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Vancouver area based role in-office.

Responsibilities:

Lead all plant accounting functions, including budgeting, capital accounting, accounts payable, and month-end close

Prepare and analyze financial reports, cost metrics, and performance data to support decision-making

Monitor production costs, inventory, raw materials, and capital expenditures to ensure targets are met

Support critical site decisions related to capital projects, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency
