About the Role

The Plant Controller will play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing sites within the International Markets (IM). Working remotely from our Global Business Center, this individual will provide strategic financial leadership to multiple manufacturing plants located in Vietnam and the Philippines, partnering closely with plant management and other stakeholders across various markets. The role requires occasional travel to support operational needs, especially during closing periods, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic demands.
