If your profile align with the requirements please apply with us today.Responsibilities:Keep the activity schedule up to date and ensure compliance with requisitions arising from General Management.Provide internal and external customer service, manage the executive calendar, and coordinate calls and meetings.Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders (P.O.s), advanced payments, travel expenses, and expenses reports (both national and international).
Plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars) for both national and international staff.Organize corporate events, conferences, workshops, meetings, and visits.Translate documents and communications (English, German, Spanish).
