Job Description

1. Factory System Set-up & Optimization:
Design and implement end-to-end factory operation systems (from upstream to downstream) to increase production efficiency and flexibility to support growth.
Integrate modern manufacturing technologies and automation with the factory's homemade-bakery character.

2. Operational Excellence & Production Management:
Oversee and manage factory budgets (P&L, CAPEX, OPEX) to achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies to reduce waste in the production processes for pies, cakes, and bread.

3. Quality, Food Safety & Compliance:
