**Job Description Summary**
As Plant FLIGHT DECK Leader you will serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager, leading the deployment and application of the FLIGHT DECK operating method across the site. You will be responsible for driving lean process integration in line with business priorities while ensuring full alignment with FLIGHT DECK standards and principles.
You will operate in a high-visibility environment reporting hierarchically to Plant Manager and will coordinate a team of lean specialists.
