Background

Bosun is a leading manufacturer of infrastructural concrete products. We work closely with professionals like architects and engineers to ensure the correct products are specified for the right applications.

The purpose of this position You must have a diploma or be a qualified artisan with production and supervision experience. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will have to show that you can influence quality and volumes in a small team running small lines. The products that we make are high-value items. They must each be perfect. You will be trained and inducted properly on the products and the processes, but you must come with experience and skill. We are after a caring and committed person who wants a long-term position that he/she will become a master of and so be admired by the business as a whole.
