Conduct routine and non-routine inspection of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems, and structural components across the QAFCO fertilizer plant
Perform and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT in accordance with ASNT, API, and ASME standards
Carry out weld inspection and structural integrity assessments in compliance with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / ISO standards; review and approve weld procedures and welder qualifications
Assess corrosion, erosion, and degradation of plant equipment; recommend fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations and risk-based inspection (RBI) strategies
