Job Purpose

The Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all maintenance activities to ensure maximum plant reliability, equipment availability, and operational efficiency. The role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel, ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards, and optimizes maintenance costs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
