Minimum 5 years' management experience in a production or plant environment
Fertilizer production and production planning experience advantageous
Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, inventory control, and production planning
Experience with SHERQ compliance and safety standards
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Computer literate with strong MS Office skills; SAP experience advantageous
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
