As part of the development and transformation of our industrial activities within the Home & LVT BU, we are looking for a Plant Manager to take responsibility for our industrial site based in Konz, Germany.

The Konz site plays an important role in the Group’s European industrial organization. Specialized in the manufacture of residential vinyl flooring, particularly in rolls, the site operates in a demanding industrial environment focused on process efficiency, operational performance, product quality and continuous improvement.

In this context, your mission will be to manage the overall performance of the site, sustainably strengthen its industrial competitiveness and support its transformation. As a true field leader, you will unite the teams around a clear vision, a strong safety culture and a collective performance mindset.
