AREA: North West SALARY: D-Upper / E-Lower Our client in the PGM mining industry is seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to join their operation in the North West region. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, operationally driven, and actively involved within the plant environment. This role requires a leader who is regularly present on the plant floor, troubleshooting equipment, driving maintenance performance, and ensuring optimal plant operations.
