Overall responsibilities and duties:
Analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.Analyze customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems.Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces.Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity).Implement and drive the Mast...
