The Plant Operations Manager is responsible to provide leadership and management to multiple functional areas within a manufacturing plant, which may include scheduling, logistics, quality, and workforce administration. This position will work proactively with plant management and production managers to ensure a high level of plant performance, provide quality and timely delivery to Homebuilding operations, and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. The Plant Operations Manager will align resources and performance of the functional areas and lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and/or individual contributors within the facility.
