This role involves the diagnosis and treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries of employees, the conduct of fitness-for-duty physical examinations, providing medical care in occupational injuries or disease cases, and the management of the company's internal employee-oriented medical activities with fairness and consistency in a timely manner. The role closely partners with the Health and Safety leadership to address complex medical and health issues. The role also supervises the maintenance of accurate documentation and the implementation of effective medical care in occupational disease cases. The role has expertise in interpreting and administering the company’s medical and health policies, analyzing trends, and providing guidance to further contribute to fostering a healthy organization devoid of injury and disease.
