What you’ll do

Helping to support strategy development across production and plant operations, you’ll be responsible for managing all operational activities across multiple shifts, leading and developing your production team, and ensuring quality, safety and efficiency targets are consistently met.

You’ll also:

Coordinate production operations across multiple shifts, maintaining schedules within established procedures and budgets

Develop and monitor key performance indicators including production, quality, variance and safety reports
