What you will do

The Plant IT Technician is responsible for installing and supporting the IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure at the Oconee (West Union, SC) manufacturing facility. The position is primarily based in West Union, SC but may require occasional travel to support remote sites. The Plant IT Technician reports directly to the USCAN Plant Systems East Team Lead with a dotted line relationship to the local plant management teams.

How you will do it

• Triage IT hardware, software, and network issues in an office and on the manufacturing plant floor
• Manage SLAs and resolve incidents in ServiceNow
• Act as a liaison between the ServiceDesk and/or application teams as needed
• Configure and deploy IT hardware equipment in an office environment, such as printers, conferencing systems, etc. while following hardware and software standards
