Clements Fluids is looking for a dedicated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Plant Technician to support our San Augustine, TX satellite plant, with operational alignment and support through our Henderson, TX parent facility. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in physical work, operates with safety and precision, and enjoys being part of a strong team. The Plant Technician will support daily plant operations, product handling, loading, blending, equipment checks, housekeeping, and quality standards to help ensure every customer order is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The role will require working physically on-site at the San Augustine satellite plant, while also staying connected to the Henderson team for communication, operational support, training, and accountability. This is a 40 hour a week, day shift position, including weekends, with the a...
