Location: Eastleigh
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to perm - up to £37,633.20 per annum depending on experience 
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Planned Kitchen and Bathrooms team in Eastleigh.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch plastering, rendering and decorative finishes.
Complete wall and ceiling repairs to a high standard.
Undertake internal and external rendering works.
Carry out tiling and plaster coving where required.
Work alongside other trades to deliver planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with building maintenance best practice.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with residents throughout the works.
