Daniel Owen are recruiting for a Housing Association based in North London. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Plasterer within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties
Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)
Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering
Providing additional support with other trades when required
